Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are used to prevent damage to fragile home goods during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
